Autumn arrives early!!! Windmeter showed gusts up 37knots and averaging around 28knots. Rigged 4.2 straight away and headed out. Waves were much bigger than looked so had one or two pretty big jumps, for me that is. Generally good blasting out back trying to keep the board on the water with some poor gybe attempts. The current was pretty huge, ripping downwind which made staying upwind hard work. Luckly I did not have too much of a struggle when busting throught the white water. I am really enjoyning the fanatic. It great when powered with a 5.7 and still Ok if one concentrates with a 4.2. It does bounce around a bit in the Borth chop but most boards will anyway.
